Morph only knows what you explicitly share with it:
We do not scan your email, read your messages, access your contacts, track your location, or pull data from any other app or service.
Your data is used for one purpose: making Morph useful to you. That means:
We don't use your personal data to train general AI models. Your entries, conversations, and reflections stay between you and your instance of Morph.
Nobody. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our team does not read user conversations or journal entries. We may access anonymized, aggregated metrics (like "how many users journal daily") but never individual content.
Morph uses AI language models to generate responses and insights. Your conversations are sent to these models for processing, but:
We also use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment info directly - we never see or store your full card number.
Your data stays as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days. No backups, no archives, no exceptions.
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll notify you through the app before they take effect.
